Concentrations of Saharan particulate implicit Crete reached up to ten times recommended limits connected Wednesday, arsenic strong winds from North Africa carried a dense orangish haze crossed the island, according to information from the University of Crete.

Authorities said the particulate occurrence continued into Friday, though with little concentrations.
